  I am VERY disappointed by this product, or rather I should say with Macy’s, for their lack of bag size in the product description. To be fair, I must admit that I was looking for a small backpack, similar style to this, but my ideal bag would be, at most, 7″ square, 4″ deep. Small, yes, but really more space than I’d need. This bag is made of a high quality material (appeared to be somewhat water resistant?) seemed to be well made (did not remove inner wad of stuffing to inspect interior before repackaging it, though) and would probably make someone else quite happy… unfortunately, not me.br /br /The item arrived in a very timely manner (ordered on a Saturday, delivered the following Wednesday) but I was suspicious when I saw the box that the backpack was shipped in. Right off the bat, I knew the bag was bigger than I had imagined. Its actual dimensions, for any future potential buyers, are as follows:br /br /Bag front: 9 1/2″ wide X 12″ high (to the top of the flap)br /Bag sides: 4″ wide X 12″ high (again, to the top of the flap)br /Bag bottom: 9 1/2″ wide X 5″ high (measured w/ the bag laying on its back)br /Top opening can be stretched, with all zippers snaps undone, to 14″ widebr /Straps: 30″ long, with only 3″ for length adjustment via buckle system (3 holes).br /br /I did not measure the bag without the flap closed, so the interior height of the bag is probably about an inch or two less.br /br /I shipped this back today, the day after it was delivered, and am looking forward to my refund just as much as I was looking forward to this backpack’s delivery in the first place. Very disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t totally Macy’s fault for a poor description… I trusted them and bought it anyway, but I now learned my lesson: never buy anything online unless they give dimensions or equivalent size(s) of the item.

  This product was not what the image made it appear. It is to small fro practical use. It took forever to get here and the shipping and handling cost more than the product.

  Can use it when out and about on a shopping trip or just out to trot.

  This bag is much smaller then i was expecting. the zippers do not open/shut easily. I was very disapointed.

  This bag is too little and the shoulder strap too small for most average sized grown women, and a lot of high schoolers too. I gave it to my daughter to give away when I saw how small it was. She did not know anyone who would want it either. I guess we will eventually find someone small enough for it. It is cute but the size is pretty much useless.

  I really wish I had read some of the reveiws on this before I had ordered it. I definately would have thought twice about it and would have saved myself $3.99 for shipping it back. Size what was I was looking for but it did not hang right at all. Also as some of the other reviews have stated you cannot adjust the strap which is a must when it comes to straps on a handbag. I have seen some of these types of handbags and they hung beautiful. Will now go and buy one of them and pay the extra money and get what I really was looking for. Guess the old saying is true, that you get what you pay for. Might be worth the $20 for some ,but not to me,and definately not for what the list price claims to be.

  This purse is very attractive, but definitely a mini. I can fit my wallet, keys, phone, and a camera in it, but that is all, so I use it for special outings where it is helpful to have my hands free from having to carry a purse. My only complaint is that the straps are not adjustable, so it hangs down low on my back.

  This bag looks all right, but it doesn’t really hang right on my back. I wouldn’t recommend this bag.

  I bought the handbag for my wife because she loves the sling/backpackbr /flexibility. The bag arrived as described, however it did turn out tobr /be too small for my wifes everyday use. Her standard sized wallet (which holds 1000 credit cards, pictures, and change) was too big to fit in the handbag. I would have like to have seen pictures of the purse being held or used by someone to have an accurate idea of its size. My wife has said she will use the handbag for vacations and trips to the amusement park. Great looking but too small.

  Great backpack. Nice and compact and durable. Fast shipping. Would have liked to have seen better dimensions on website, their lack of sizing made it that I had to guess and it was smaller than I expected. But on the whole happy.

  I purchased this bag for my daughter who is attending pre school she loves it but her coloring book did not fit properly should have been a little bigger.

  The backpack is small light. In no way could it be called ’sturdy’, but for someone, (such as a child, or someone with less ’stuff’ than most mums/ moms!) it is cute practical. And I love the print!!!br /

  Perfect size for my 4 yr. old daughter who will attend pre-k in Sep.It holds a “Mead” composition book,crayons,extra outfit,etc. and ofcourse the price is unbelievable (for $5.97 ea.)!I gave it 4 stars because the straps are thin as opposed to padded so don’t overpack!Superfast shipping;overall,great deal!

  I bought this bag about a month ago. I’m someone who prefers to use a backpack instead of a purse for daytime use. The bag is stylish and made of a durable material. It has pockets on the inside and an attachable wallet. I keep my cell in the side pockets which makes it easy to retrieve. The only thing that I don’t like about the bag is that you can’t adjust the straps. For a shorter person like myself, the bag doesn’t quite hang right. But because I like the design, it’s just a minor flaw.
